To initiate an exchange, please contact us at houseofkruxinfo@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item.

Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check and would be further approved/declined for exchange.

We reserve the right to not accept a return if;
(1) the product/s are returned after use
(2) the product/s are damaged
(3) the tags and packaging are not in their original state

The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking ID sent to us on houseofkruxinfo@gmail.com on the same email thread.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.

If you have received a defective product, share images at houseofkruxinfo@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will work on processing the return/exchange.

Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.
Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit.

The store credit is valid till 1 month from the date of issue.

In case of return on an order, the amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of store credit.
